Testicular Antibodies

Test information: Present in patients with either isolated primary testicular failure or associated with other autoimmune endocrinopathies e.g. Hypoadrenalism, Insulin dependent diabetes, Pernicious anaemia (autoimmune polyglandular syndromes). The autoantibodies are closely related to antibodies to adrenal cortex and ovary with which they can also be found.
